ExpressMore is an AI-powered simulation platform for practicing high-stakes conversations. The Service includes voice and text interactions with AI personas, session recordings and assessments, custom scenarios, document uploads, and performance tracking.

2. Account Terms

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You may sign in with email/password or with Google; use of Google Sign-In is subject to Google's terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for illegal purposes; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other accounts; upload malicious code or content; abuse or overload the Service; scrape or extract data without permission; or use the Service in a way that harms others or violates applicable laws.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload (scenarios, documents). You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Payment terms (e.g. billing cycle, cancellation) are as described on our pricing page. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy as stated at checkout. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, for non-payment, or to protect the Service or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. indemnification, limitation of liability) will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AI-generated content (including personas and assessments) is for practice purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
