ExpressMore ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Tactical Intelligence Systems. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our AI simulation platform at expressmore.com.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you sign up or sign in, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Password (stored hashed; used only for email/password sign-in)
  • If you sign in with Google: Your Google profile name, email address, and profile picture. We receive this data from Google solely to create and manage your ExpressMore account and to personalise your experience. We do not access any other Google data (e.g. Gmail, Drive, Calendar).

Session and usage data

When you use ExpressMore, we store:

  • Practice session metadata (scenario chosen, duration, scores)
  • Conversation transcripts and AI-generated assessments (for your report)
  • Custom scenarios you create and any documents you upload (PDF/DOCX)
  • Subscription and billing information (via Stripe)

Technical data

We log IP addresses, browser type, and timestamps for security and operational purposes. Our voice and AI features process audio and text in real time; this data is sent to our service providers (Hume, Anthropic) to deliver those features.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to: provide and improve the service; personalise your experience; process payments; send account-related notices; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to advertisers, data brokers, or third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following services. Each has its own privacy policy:

  • Google — Sign-in with Google (OAuth). We receive only the data described in section 1. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
  • Supabase — Authentication, database, and file storage. Supabase privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy
  • Hume AI — Voice conversation (EVI). Hume processes your voice during practice sessions.
  • Anthropic — AI personas and post-session assessments (Claude).
  • Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and session data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time; we will process such requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or withdraw consent. Contact us at the email below. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies for authentication (e.g. session management). We may use analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, secure authentication, and industry-standard practices to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

ExpressMore is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
